Fantastic Stay!
helpful staff lovely touch parking facilities
The staff greeted me with such warmth and were genuinely helpful with directions. My room included nice complimentary snacks, a lovely touch. Parking was easy because the hotel had great facilities for guest vehicles.
The main road made it noisy, though double glazing reduced the sound somewhat.

A very good breakfast with a good variety of options was available. The hotel had a pub, so I could grab food and drinks until 9pm. The prices were also reasonable, a plus.

great location polite staff clean room old mattress bleach marks difficult remote
the location is great, very close to the train station. the staff were friendly and polite . my room was clean and the refreshments were topped up daily. the bar service and breakfast were also great.
The biggest issue was that the mattress seemed old. There was little support when i sat on it. i noticed one towel had large bleach marks. It did not look nice. the tv remote was difficult to use. Selecting a channel number did not work well.

great location city center lovely breakfast fresh food oat milk bar area late evening small towels no extra towels
the location was great for walking into the city center. breakfast was lovely i found. oat milk was available and replaced quickly when a carton was curdled.
i did experience some noise from the bar area late in the evening. only two small towels were in the room. i am sure more would have been provided if i requested them.
