the location is great, very close to the train station. the staff were friendly and polite . my room was clean and the refreshments were topped up daily. the bar service and breakfast were also great.
The biggest issue was that the mattress seemed old. There was little support when i sat on it. i noticed one towel had large bleach marks. It did not look nice. the tv remote was difficult to use. Selecting a channel number did not work well.

the location was great for walking into the city center. breakfast was lovely i found. oat milk was available and replaced quickly when a carton looked curdled.
i did experience some noise from the bar area late in the evening. only two small towels were in the room. i am sure more would have been provided if i requested them.
