I've been staying at this hotel for the last 10 years, and it continues to be a great place for a great price. The rooms are very comfortable but were not cleaned to an appropriate standard. The service was really top-notch, with hospitable and friendly staff. The location is ideal for me, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of amenities. The dining experience in the morning was very good, cooked to our requests. Overall, a cozy spot with some cleanliness issues but great value for money.
I was pleased with the hotel's convenient location right beside my daughter's uni room and the helpful staff who made parking easy. However, the noise from the constant stream of ambulances passing by was a drawback. The service was friendly, but a negative experience with rude behavior at breakfast tainted my stay a bit.
Although the hotel had a great location near the train station and convenient for a short stay, the rooms were not well-equipped for soundproofing and cleanliness. The service was friendly and accommodating, but dining options could be improved. The noisy location was balanced with proximity to various amenities and easy access to public transportation.
